Bid Announcement
We hereby announce a public invitation to tender as follows, in accordance with the provisions of Article 91 of the Sasaguri Town Financial Regulations (1998 Regulations No. 6, hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations").

Must be registered in the roster of eligible bidders for competitive bidding (Consulting/Geotechnical Investigation) as stipulated in Article 92, Paragraph 2 of the Regulations, which is valid as of the day before the announcement date, and must meet all of the following requirements:
Not have filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act (2002 Act No. 154) or filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (1999 Act No. 225).
However, this does not apply if rehabilitation proceedings have commenced or a decision to approve the rehabilitation plan has been made.
Not be subject to a suspension of bidding from this town under the "Sasaguri Town Policy on Suspension of Bidding, etc." (2007 Policy No. 1).
Not be involved with a "Boryokudan" (organized crime group) or a member thereof as defined by Article 2 of the "Sasaguri Town Ordinance on the Exclusion of Boryokudan" (2010 Ordinance No. 2).

If there is no successful bidder after the bid opening, a second round of bidding will be held, so please be available to be contacted at the time of bid opening.
If a second round of bidding is conducted electronically, those who submitted paper bids by mail or in person cannot participate in the second round of bidding.

When determining the successful bid, the successful bid price will be the bid amount plus an amount equivalent to 10/100 of that amount (if there are fractions of less than 1 yen, those fractions will be rounded down).
Therefore, bidders should bid an amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated contract desired amount, regardless of whether they are taxpayers or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
If there are non-taxable items in the scope of work, the bid amount shall include those items.
The contract amount shall be calculated as (Bid Amount - Non-Taxable Amount) x 1.1 + Non-Taxable Amount.
