Those registered in the list of eligible bidders for competitive bidding (Construction/Mechanical Equipment Installation) as stipulated in Article 92, Paragraph 2 of the regulations, which are currently valid as of the day before the announcement date, and who meet all of the following requirements:
Not to have filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Reorganization Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999).
However, this does not apply if commencement of rehabilitation proceedings or approval of a rehabilitation plan has been granted.
Not to be subject to a suspension of designation, etc. from this town based on the "Sasaguri Town Policy on Suspension of Designation, etc." (2007 Policy No. 1).
Not to be involved with a yakuza or yakuza member as defined in Article 2 of the "Sasaguri Town Ordinance for the Exclusion of Yakuza" (2010 Ordinance No. 2).

Have completed at least one project as the prime contractor for curtain replacement work of similar scale (approximately 80% or more of the estimated price) ordered by the national government or local public entities within the past 5 years, based on the announcement date.
This project is a post-qualification type, so please prepare the following documents so that they can be submitted promptly if you become the successful bidder.

- Either a "Performance Certificate" or "Completion Approval Notice" issued by the national government or local public entity, stating the project name, construction period, contract amount, etc., or Collins (confirming completion registration details).

(1) Bids involving fraudulent acts such as collusion in bidding.

When determining the successful bidder, the bid price plus an amount equivalent to 10/100 of that amount (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, that fraction shall be rounded down) will be considered the successful bid price. Therefore, bidders shall enter an amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated contract desired amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or exempt businesses for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
If there are non-taxable items in the project details, the amount including them shall be the bid amount.
The contract amount shall be (Bid Amount - Non-taxable Amount) x 1.1 + Non-taxable Amount.
Response Method: Answers to inquiries will be posted on the Sasaguri Town Bidding Information Disclosure System by the following deadline.

For contracts subject to consumption tax and other taxes, if the tax rate changes due to a revision of tax laws, the contract amount will be adjusted for the consumption tax and other taxes to be levied at the revised rate.
This bid shall be governed by this announcement, as well as the Regulations, other laws and ordinances, and the "Sasaguri Town Competitive Bidding Rules."
