入札公告次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。
なお、本入札に係る落札者の決定及び契約締結は、当該調達に係る令和８年度予算(暫定予算含む)が成立し、予算示達がなされることを条件とするものです。
令和８年４月１０日支出負担行為担当官名古屋出入国在留管理局長 近江 愛子１ 競争入札に付する事項(１)入札事項名 自動車交換購入契約(２)仕様等 入札説明書及び仕様書等による(３)交換場所 入札説明書及び仕様書等による(４)交換期限 入札説明書及び仕様書等による２ 入札方法総合評価落札方式とする(予算決算及び会計令第７９条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内であって、入札価格と環境性能を総合的に評価した得点(総合評価点)が最も高い者を落札者とする。

３ 競争参加資格(１)予算決算及び会計令第７０条の規定に該当しない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ているものは、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。

(３)令和７・８・９年度一般競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)「物品の製造」又は「物品の販売」においてＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ又はＤ等級に格付けされ、東海・北陸地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(４)その他予算決算及び会計令第７３条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有すること。
