The overall aim of the project is to develop a multiple-tier data hierarchy to better define and manage information about block / property assets and in particular the relationship between estates and shared spaces, structures, blocks, cores and rented units.

hierarchy for its housing stock. The overall aim of the project is to develop a multiple-tier data
hierarchy to better define and manage information about block / property assets and in particular
the relationship between estates and clusters of buildings/shared facilities, blocks, cores and
rented units. This is a key strategic project for the organisation; it has connections to, and
implications for, multiple parts of the business operation, impacting IT, property asset
management, service charge management and customer experience.
