Pécs-felső workshop

De-icing (if necessary with wet spraying) and snow removal service on routes determined by the contracting authority and rental of machines suitable for carrying out these works with operators provided by the winning bidder for the public road network within the jurisdiction of the Pécs-felső workshop. To perform the task, the winning bidder is obliged to keep the work machine at the Pécs-felső workshop site designated by the contracting authority during the entire performance period, ensuring workshop site availability (excluding the time of work). However, due to the high national importance of the task, the contracting authority reserves the right to use the equipment and operators made available for availability during the performance period in other areas within the territory of Hungary. Quantity of vehicles covered by the procurement: 4 machines (with salt spreader and snow plow attachments). The technical requirements of the machines and their attachments are included in the technical description. All costs related to the machine (fuel, insurance, etc.) are borne by the winning bidder. The bidder is obliged to attach a declaration in its offer stating that 1 machine operator per vehicle is available at the time of contract conclusion and throughout the entire contract period. Requirements related to the specialists are included in the technical description. The contracting authority will provide the necessary road salt (NaCl) and CaCl2 solution for the service. For the performance period, the contracting authority will request toll exemption for the vehicles involved in the performance. Framework amount net HUF 104,000,000 + VAT. The contracting authority undertakes to call off only the workshop site availability fee for the basic period from the framework amount. Estimated quantity of workshop site availability after rounding: 2 x 102 days (winter period) x 1 machine = 204 days) 204 days x 4 machines = 816 days. Due to variable weather and temperature conditions, the contracting authority does not undertake an obligation to call off the remaining part of the total framework amount (part per km driven). The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the workshop site availability fee cannot be charged during the working hours (number of hours started according to the logbook); the winning bidder is only entitled to the fee per km driven during the working hours.
