This tender concerns the provision of Contract Engineer services, specifically encompassing investor supervision for construction and installation works, as well as author's supervision for the design documentation. The project aims to enhance the quality of healthcare services and improve access to medical care through significant infrastructure development. The scope of work involves the construction, reconstruction, and expansion of specific buildings, namely B4 and B4A, along with associated technical buildings and the overall site development. This comprehensive undertaking is situated at the Provincial Specialist Hospital of Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko in Włocławek. The Contract Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction and installation phases, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the role includes providing author's supervision to ensure the design documentation is accurately implemented and to address any design-related issues that may arise during the execution of the works.
