1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na pełnieniu kompleksowego nadzoru inwestorskiego przy realizacji inwestycji pn. Budowa parku kieszonkowego przy ul. Powstania Warszawskiego w Kole realizowanej w systemie zaprojektuj, wybuduj. 2. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest w Kole na dz. nr 11/1, 12 , 13/1, 41, 42 ark. mapy 34. 3. DANE OGÓLNE PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA: 1) Inwestycja obejmuje w szczególności prace związane z rewitalizacją przestrzeni parku miejskiego, w tym m.in.: a) wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej, uzyskanie wszelkich wymaganych opinii, uzgodnień i pozwoleń, b) roboty budowlane i konstrukcyjne, c) wykonanie oraz pielęgnacja zieleni, w tym nasadzenia drzew, krzewów i roślinności ozdobnej, d) elementy małej architektury oraz infrastruktury towarzyszącej. 2) Szczegółowy zakres prac objętych inwestycją określony jest w Programie Funkcjonalno- Użytkowym stanowiącym załącznik do SWZ. 3) Zamawiający wymaga, aby nadzór inwestorski był sprawowany przez osobę/osoby posiadające: a) uprawnienia budowlane do pełnienia samodzielnych funkcji technicznych w budownictwie w specjalności konstrukcyjno-budowlanej, bez ograniczeń lub w zakresie umożliwiającym realizację przedmiotu zamówienia oraz aktualny wpis na listę członków właściwej izby samorządu zawodowego Polskiej Izby Inżynierów Budownictwa, potwierdzony aktualnym zaświadczeniem o przynależności do izby. Wymagane wykształcenie wyższe, co najmniej 10-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe, w tym 5-letnie doświadczenie w nadzorowaniu robót konstrukcyjno-budowlanych. b) uprawnienia budowlane do pełnienia samodzielnych funkcji technicznych w specjalności drogowej oraz aktualny wpis na listę członków właściwej izby samorządu zawodowego Polskiej Izby Inżynierów Budownictwa, potwierdzony aktualnym zaświadczeniem o przynależności do izby.
