Celem niniejszego zamówienia jest zarządzanie i sprawowanie nadzoru nad realizacją Zadania inwestycyjnego, w szczególności: a) Pełnienie funkcji Inżyniera zgodnie z Umową oraz Kontraktem Budowlanym; b) Zarządzanie rzeczowo-finansowe, w szczególności kompleksowa obsługa Kontraktu budowlanego w zakresie ich rozliczania, monitoringu i sprawozdawczości rzeczowo-finansowej; c) Zarządzanie techniczne, w tym wykonywanie obowiązków Inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego dla Kontraktu budowlanego; d) Zarządzanie Kontraktem budowlanym; e) Prowadzenie nadzoru środowiskowego (w zakresie kontroli oddziaływania procesu budowy m.in. na wody powierzchniowe i podziemne, hałas, powietrze, powierzchnię ziemi, gospodarkę odpadami, gospodarkę zielenią, kontroli etapu budowy pod kątem stosowania sprawnych maszyn i sprzętu oraz ich prawidłowej eksploatacji i konserwacji, użytkowania środków transportu i maszyn bez ich przeciążania i przeładowania, odprowadzania maszyn po zakończonej pracy oraz w przypadku awarii na wyznaczone miejsce postoju) oraz nadzoru przyrodniczego, zgodnie z decyzją o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach, postanowieniami uzgadniającymi warunki realizacji przedsięwzięcia oraz innymi decyzjami administracyjnymi w tym zakresie.
