Für die im Eigentum der Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) befindlichen und von dieser durch die eigene Hausverwaltung betriebenen Mietzinshäuser in Wien im 1., 2., 3., 5., 8., 18. und 19. Bezirk werden derzeit Objektsanierungen (großteils Wohnungen, aber in seltenen Fällen auch Geschäftsbereiche) bei Bedarf laufend gesondert je Sanierung, Umbau, Adaptierung o.ä. durch diverse Fremdfirmen über Abrufe aus bestehenden Rahmenvereinbarungen umgesetzt.Da die Rahmenvereinbarung bzw. die diesbezüglichen Leistungen für das Tischlergewerk im Zusammenhang mit diesen Objektsanierungen für alle Mietzinshäuser in Wien im Frühjahr 2027 ausläuft, wird hiermit eine neue auf etwa 3 1/2 Jahre (mit 2 Jahre Verlängerungsoption) befristete neue Rahmenvereinbarung (mit 3 Rahmenvereinbarungspartnern) ausgeschrieben.Vom diesbezüglich gegenständlich ausgeschriebenen Gewerk der Tischlerarbeiten sind u.a. Leistungen wie Böden, Türen, Fenster, Fensterbänke, Möblierung, Küchen etc. umfasst.
