Original language: SpanishEl presente proyecto tiene por objeto la prestación sucesiva del servicio para el mantenimiento del viario urbano y espacios públicos en la zona urbana del término municipal de Pontevedra, que se entiende conformada a través de múltiples y sucesivas obras de escaso presupuesto individual pero continua demanda, en respuesta los incidentes que acontecen en el entretejido urbanizado de Pontevedra. Las actividades reguladas de este contrato se extienden a todas las necesarias para mantener en buen estado de uso los espacios públicos, incluyendo el viario urbanizado, para todas las tipologías de usos que se permitan en dichos espacios, y de forma especial para el uso peatonal. La definición detallada de las actividades de mantenimiento se desarrolla en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas del proyecto técnico. En la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento también se incluye las de mantenimiento ordinario de estructuras singulares que se encuentren en ese espacio urbanizado bajo competencia de mantenimiento del Ayuntamiento de Pontevedra.
