Het doel van de aanbesteding is het contracteren van een installatieadviseur voor de uitwerking van de werktuigbouwkundige installaties en een installatieadviseur voor de uitwerking van de elektrotechnische installaties ten behoeve van de nieuw te realiseren gemeentewerf van de gemeente Amstelveen. De aanbesteding is opgedeeld in twee percelen: - Perceel 1: Installatieadviseur werktuigbouwkundige installaties (W) - Perceel 2: Installatieadviseur elektrotechnische installaties (E) De installatieadviseur wordt in voor beide percelen geselecteerd op basis van de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving (EMVI), vastgesteld op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. De beschikbare kavels op BedrijvenTerrein Amstelveen-Zuid (BTAZ) bedragen circa 30.000 m². Hiervan is: - 10.000 m² gereserveerd voor de grondstoffenverwerking; - 7.500 m² voor het afvalbrengstation; - 12.500 m² voor de gemeentewerf. In het programma van eisen (PvE) zijn, op hoofdlijnen, de navolgende bruto vloeroppervlakten gevraagd: - Grondstoffenhal 5.000m2/BVO - Afvalbrengstation met ambachtscentrum 4.380m2/BVO - Gemeentewerf 7.030m2/BVO Inmiddels is op basis van het PvE een ontwerpbureau geselecteerd en is er een Schetsontwerp (SO) gemaakt. In de gunningsfase zal het PvE beschikbaar worden gesteld en daarin staat verder gespecificeerd aangegeven welke functies en voorzieningen per onderdeel gewenst zijn alsmede het SO van het ontwerpbureau. De totale omvang van de realisatie wordt op dit moment geraamd op circa € 27 miljoen (excl. btw).
