Original language: DutchDoel van de aanbesteding Met deze Europese openbare aanbesteding beoogt waterschap Vechtstromen voor 3 percelen één Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één inschrijver per perceel voor de beheersing en het bestrijden van exoten binnen betreffende werkgebied, voor een uitvoeringscyclus van maximaal zes (6) jaar. U dient zich altijd in te schrijven voor de hoofdtender en vervolgens dient u zich ook in te schrijven voor het perceel of de percelen waarvoor u een inschrijving wilt doen. Het is niet toegestaan om op een deel van een perceel in te schrijven. Het is toegestaan om op één (1) of op meerdere percelen in te schrijven. Het staat inschrijver dus vrij om zelf te kiezen op welke percelen hij gaat inschrijven. Het maximum aantal percelen dat gegund wordt aan één (1) inschrijver bedraagt in de basis twee (2) percelen. Per perceel wordt afzonderlijk de Beste Prijs Kwaliteit Verhouding en voorgenomen gunning bepaald met dien verstande dat Perceel 1 als eerste wordt beoordeeld, vervolgens Perceel 2 en daarna perceel 3. Dit betekent dat wanneer inschrijver op perceel 1 en 2 de winnende inschrijving heeft gedaan, deze niet langer onderdeel uitmaakt van de rangorde in perceel 3 en daarmee de opvolgende partijen bij perceel 3 doorschuiven naar boven in de rangorde. Uitzondering: Wanneer de gegunde partij van perceel 1 en 2 als enige een (geldige) inschrijving heeft gedaan op perceel 3, dan komt deze alsnog voor gunning in aanmerking op perceel 3. Op het moment van inschrijven verklaart inschrijver dan ook bereid te zijn het betreffende perceel/de betreffende percelen uit te kunnen voeren.
