Rakennuskohteena on Naantalin kaupungin Luonnonmaan saarella sijaitsevan asemakaava-alueen laajennus. Urakkaan sisältyy kunnallistekniikan rakentamista.
Hankinnassa noudatetaan Lakia julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista (hankintalaki, 1397/2016).
Hankinnan kohde on kansallisen kynnysarvon (hankintalaki, 1397/2016 25 §) alittava rakennusurakka.
