PerkinElmer, Sciex equipment maintenance and ad-hoc repair

Maintenance and repair of PerkinElmer and Sciex equipment located in the Expert Institutes of NSZKK for 24 months for the following devices: 1.) Clarus 580/TM HS-110 GC system 1. Maintenance: 2 times every 12 months; 2.) Clarus 580/TM HS-110 GC system 2. Maintenance: 2 times every 12 months; 3.) Clarus 580/TM HS-110 GC system 3. Maintenance: 2 times every 12 months; 4.) Clarus 500 GC-MS/ Turbomatrix ATD650. Maintenance: 2 times every 12 months; 5.) Sciex TQ3200 Essential MS. Maintenance: 4 times every 6 months; 6.) Sciex TQ6500+ Essential MS. Maintenance: 4 times every 6 months; Verification: 2 times every 12 months; 7.) Genius 1024 generator PM. Maintenance: 2 times every 12 months; The repair of the devices listed above can only be carried out by qualified specialists who possess a valid certificate issued by the device manufacturer or an equivalent document proving their qualifications. The tenderer must prove equivalence. The tenderer is obliged to provide a copy of the certificate(s) to the contracting authority no later than the date of contract signing. The tenderer must have at least 1 qualified service technician available for the entire duration of the contract, who possesses the aforementioned certificate. The tenderer must attach the completed "Price Offer" table to its tender. The cost of maintenance (offered price) and the engineering overhead rate (offered price) cannot be modified within the first 12 months after the contract signing; thereafter, it can be modified once during the contract period. If the contract is extended by 12 months, the offered price can be modified once more. Framework amount net: HUF 70,000,000 /24 months. The winning tenderer is obliged to perform the maintenance tasks and ad-hoc repairs at the tenderer's price offered for the evaluation criterion (lowest price) and at the offered overhead rate. Rules for Part 2 of the KM: For maintenance, the service order is placed by the winning Tenderer via individual Order based on the "price offer" submitted in Section I of the Framework Agreement, pursuant to Section 105 (1) (a) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.). For ad-hoc repairs, the Contracting Authority conducts written consultations pursuant to Section 105 (1) (c) of the Kbt. Ordering of ad-hoc repair services is done through written consultation as follows: • After detecting a malfunction, a written notification (email) from the Contracting Authority, including the cause of the malfunction (if determinable by the Contracting Authority). • After the written malfunction notification, a preliminary consultation about the malfunction (phone or email), based on which it is determined whether a preliminary on-site inspection is necessary. The Contracting Authority points out that the Winning Tenderer is obliged to start the malfunction inspection within 72 hours from the malfunction notification, as specified in the technical description. • Based on the on-site malfunction inspection, or without it – if it was not necessary – the Tenderer prepares a preliminary offer for the repair, which must include the number of hours spent on the repair, the name and part number of the component, its price, and the agreed completion deadline. • Based on the preliminary offer, the Contracting Authority initiates written consultation via EKR. Following successful consultation, the Contracting Authority sends a Summary to the Tenderer, after which the Contracting Authority issues an Order based on the submitted price offer.
