Description
The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ('Parks') has awarded a concession to Freetime, Inc. dba Wheel Fun Rentals, 4526 Telephone Road, Suite 202, Ventura, CA 93003 for the Development, Operation & Maintenance of Bicycle and Boat Rentals at Various Locations in Brooklyn with the Option for Future Brooklyn Locations. The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Proposals, will operate pursuant to a Permit for one (1) five (5) year term with up to two (2) one-year renewal options exercisable at Parks sole discretion. Compensation will be as follows:Year 1: $19,200.00 vs 9% of Gross ReceiptsYear 2: $19,200.00 vs 9% of Gross Receipts Year 3: $19,200.00 vs 9% of Gross Receipts Year 4: $19,200.00 vs 9% of Gross Receipts Year 5: $19,200.00 vs 9% of Gross Receipts Option Year 1: $19,200.00 vs 9%Option Year 2: $19,200.00 vs 9%
