The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather detailed market intelligence to inform QASโs strategy for a potential Personal Duress Solution. This RFI is an exploratory, non-binding process designed to understand the landscape of modern, reliable, and proven solutions available within the Australian market, specifically those deployed in emergency services, healthcare, or similar high-risk environments. Specifically, QAS seeks to: Gather formal information on the technology options, device types (wearables, apps), and platform capabilities available. Enhance understanding of the technical possibilities and constraints to assist in future technical requirements development. Conduct a market analysis to identify capable and experienced suppliers within Queensland and Australia. Inform decision-making and the development of a sound, evidence-based procurement strategy should a decision to proceed to a formal tender be taken.
