The curriculum will align with BG BAU's digitalization strategy, to be published in March 2025, and the European framework for digital competencies, "DigComp." While predominantly online delivery is expected, the content must address the dynamic developments in digitalization, both internally and externally. Particular emphasis will be placed on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the fundamentals of digitalization. A significant training need is anticipated in 2026 due to the introduction of several AI applications affecting all employees. Future offerings may incorporate blended learning formats, combining the provider's services with existing e-learning modules, aiming for a modular structure that integrates various learning formats effectively. The listed thematic priorities serve as a guideline, with flexibility for expansion or modification to enhance learning outcomes, provided it is didactically, methodologically, and content-wise sound. The provider must demonstrate adaptability to evolving digital trends.
