Predmet zákazky je realizovaný v rámci projektu Personalizácia služieb a podpora omnikanálového modelu komunikácie mesta Trenčín, podaného v rámci výzvy Personalizácia služieb verejnej správy a podpora omnikanálového modelu komunikácie, kód výzvy PSK-MIRRI-620-2024-DVI-EFRR. Realizáciou tejto zákazky chce verejný obstarávateľ komplexne vyriešiť komunikáciu občana/podnikateľa s mestom, zabezpečiť napĺňanie princípu 1x a dosť, prepojiť registre a dostupné databázy a tým redukovať vstupy občanov/podnikateľov, optimalizovať počty elektronických formulárov, pristupovať proaktívne, čo znamená ponúknuť svojim klientom tie služby a v tom čase, ktoré sú relevantné. Celý proces bude podporený zrozumiteľnými a aktualizovanými návodmi a modernými komunikačnými prostriedkami. Predmet zákazky je súčasťou komplexného riešenia elektronických služieb mesta Trenčín, je spojený s potrebou zabezpečenia integrácií na strane centrálnych registrov, či ďalších už mestom prevádzkovaných IS (databáz), nevytvára ostrovné riešenie ale naopak sprístupňuje a konsoliduje dáta z rôznych zdrojov pre maximálne možnú mieru uľahčuje komunikácie občana/podnikateľa s mestom a počas jej realizácie bude koordinovať aktivity a poskytovať súčinnosť v zmysle harmonogramu projektu a detailnej funkčnej špecifikácie tak, aby boli dodržané všetky časové míľniky pre úspešnú realizáciu projektu. Verejný obstarávateľ chce súčasne zabezpečiť dátovou integráciou na centrálne registre automatizáciu referencovania údajov v rozsahu, ktorý je dostupný v IS CPDI, upraviť procesy a následne existujúce IS pri vybavovaní jednotlivých životných situácii tak, aby referent disponoval aktuálnymi údajmi potrebnými k vyriešeniu podania bez nutnosti ich prepisovania medzi jednotlivými IS. Počíta s vytvorením univerzálneho rozhrania pre komunikáciu so slovenským bankovým sektorom pre potreby štandardnej výmeny údajov definovanej dostupnými rozhraniami jednotlivých bánk Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky tvorí Časť B.
