Als Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.01.2027 vorgesehen. Der angestrebte Werkvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von zwei Jahren mit der zweimaligen Option zur Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr abgeschlossen (Gesamtvertragslaufzeit zwei bis vier Jahre). Die Leistungserbringung beginnt am 01.01.2027 und endet zum 31.12.2028. Bei Ausübung der Verlängerungsoption ist der Auftragnehmer bis spätestens sechs Monate vor Beendigung der Vertragslaufzeit schriftlich in Kenntnis zu setzen. In dem Fall, dass die Auftraggeberin von der Verlängerungsoption Gebrauch macht, endet der Vertrag zum 31.12.2029, bzw. zum 31.12.2030, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf.
