Description

This project is Phase II, and will be the final construction phase of the interior build-out of an existing wood framed construction building in Sedan Bottoms, Appanoose County, Iowa. This phase will include finishing of wall, ceiling, and flooring surfaces in building restroom, office area and mechanical spaces. New plumbing fixtures and accessories will be installed in restroom. New lighting fixtures, receptacles, and switches will be installed.
