Description

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for supply only of one (1) Stainless-steel pass-thru cooler and one (1) commercial Deep Fryer for the Painted Hand Casino in Yorkton, SK. The required specifications are in the details outlined in the table provided. Special Instructions to Bidders: 1. Substitutes may be considered as long as they meet the minimum specifications and quality as per the specifications in the table provided above. 2. Bidders may bid on one or more items. 3. Specification sheet (brand name, model, description, picture, etc.) is required with your bid submission. 4. Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information, including quality and workmanship warranty, with your bid submission, including price options for extended warranty. 5. All equipment and parts must comply with Municipal, Provincial and Federal rules, regulations, codes and standards. 6. This is a commercial food unit and support 24/7 commercial operations. All components must be of high quality and be CE certified and meet all Canadian regulations. 7. Health & Food requirements: o All materials must be food-safe and cleanable o Sealing of penetrations (walls/floors) must be: i. Pest-resistant ii. Moisture-resistant o Requires wash-down and sanitation readiness 8. All items must be delivered to the F.O.B Delivery Point. 9. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars (CAD) 10. Any discount must be included in the price of quoted items 11. The pricing listed in the bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
