Piirturipapereita käytetään erilaisissa terveydenhuollon laitteissa, esimerkiksi EKG-piirtureissa, ultraäänilaitteissa ja autoklaaveissa. Tuotteet on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Hinta- ja tuotelomake, johon tarjoaja kirjaa tarjouksensa tuotetiedot sekä tarjoushinnat. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen eri osa-alueeseen tuotteiden ominaisuuksien perusteella. Osa-alueet on eritelty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Hinta- ja tuotelomake. Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhteen tai useampaan hankinnan osa-alueeseen eli tuotekoriin. Jotkin osa-alueista on lisäksi jaettu vielä pienempiin osiin siten, että tuotteet vertaillaan ja valitaan tuoterivikohtaisesti. Kaikki tuotekorin pakolliset tuotteet on tarjottava. Lisätiedot liitteessä 1 Hinta- ja tuotelomake. Teknisistä syistä tällä ilmoituksella hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin. Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyvät myös tarjottuihin tuotteisiin liittyvät lisätuotteet kuten lisäkoot ja -tarvikkeet, jotka ilmoitetaan liitteessä 1 Hinta- ja tuotelomake (mukaan lukien lisätarjousvälilehti). Sopimuskaudella voidaan lisäksi hankkia hankinnan ennakoidun arvon mukaisesti sopimuksen kohteena oleviin tuoteryhmiin kuuluvia tuotteita, joita ei ole yksilöity tuoteliitteessä Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta, minkä jälkeen se on voimassa toistaiseksi. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0 %) on yhteensä noin 400 000 euroa. Kyse on arviosta, eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin ja tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin, toteutuneisiin kulutusmääriin.
