Original language: GermanLos 1: In der Zeit von Februar 2026 bis September 2026 sollen die HOAI-Planungsphasen 1 - 4 für die Abwasserwärmepumpe (20 MW), inkl. Anschluss an der Abwasserstrom durchgeführt werden. Los 2: In der Zeit von Juli 2026 bis Dezember 2026 sollen die HOAI-Planungsphasen 1 - 4 für die Objekt- und Außenanlagenplanung, inkl. Grundleitungen sowie die Tragwerksplanung Gebäude und Fundament Pufferbehälter durchgeführt werden. Angebote für ein oder beide Lose sind zulässig. Sofern ein Bieter für beide Lose ein Angebot abgibt, wird ein Kombinationsvorteil in Höhe von 10 Punkten auf die Gesamtwertung gewährt. Der Bonus dient der Berücksichtigung von Effizienzgewinnen, Projektkoordinierung und Schnittstellenreduzierung.
