Im Rahmen der kommunalen Wärmeplanung der Stadt Konstanz und der darauf aufbauenden strategischen Wärmenetzplanung der Stadtwerke Konstanz wurden Gebiete in Konstanz identifiziert, die sich prioritär für den Aufbau von Wärmenetzen eignen. Eines der Ergebnisse der vorangegangenen Planungen ist das hier betrachtete Projektgebiet "Hafner", welches im Nordwesten von Konstanz zu finden ist. Es handelt sich um ein Neubaugebiet. Das Projektgebiet, welches eine hohe Wärmebedarfsdichte bei einem gleichzeitig niedrigem benötigtem Temperaturniveau aufweist, bietet sich an mittels Luft-Wasser Wärmepumpen versorgt zu werden. Los 1 beinhaltet die Planung der Luft-Wärmepumpenanlagentechnik (außen aufgestellt) mit natürlichem Kältemittel, Hydraulik, Druckhaltung Wärmespeicher etc. ab Außenluft bis Gebäudedurchführung in Richtung Wärmenetz. Durchführung der gesamten Elektrofachplanung (Los-Übergreifend). Koordination der MSR-Fachplanung, Durchführung der MSR-Fachplanung für das Los Anlagentechnik. Planung der Gebäudetechnik (inkl. Elektrotechnik) der Energiezentrale. Weiter sind ca. 220 Hausanschlussstationen (HAST) zu planen, welche sich in verschiedene Cluster einteilen lassen.
