Der Ausbau der grauen Flecken erfolgt in 3 Projektgebieten mit jeweils 3 Bauclustern. Die Baucluster wiederum sind aufgeteilt in mehrere Kollokationsgebiete. Die Ausschreibung des Projektgebietes 7 ist bereits erfolgt. Nun werden die beiden Projektgebiete 9 und 8 ausgeschrieben. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erstellung der Ausführungs- und Genehmigungsplanungen, sowie die Tiefbau-, Montage- und Kabelzugarbeiten auf dem Projektgebiet 9 und 8 für jeweils folgende Cluster: - Cluster 9.1. - Cluster 9.2. - Cluster 9.3. - Cluster 8.1. - Cluster 8.2. - Cluster 8.3. Das Vorhaben wird unter anderem aus Mitteln des Bundesförderprogramms gemäß der Richtlinie "Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" (Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0) in der Fassung vom 31.03.2023, finanziert. Die Fördergelder für das Vorhaben kommen aus dem vorläufigen Zuwendungsbescheid des Bundesministeriums für Verkehr und Digitale Infrastruktur vom 07.03.2024 (Anlage 05: Vorläufiger Förderbescheid Bund). Der Bayerische Förderbescheid zur Kofinanzierung, kann entsprechend der bayerischen Kofinanzierungsrichtlinie (Bayerische Kofinanzierungs-Gigabitrichtlinie 2.0, KofGibitR 2.0) erst nach Erhalt des endgültigen Förderbescheides des Projektträgers Aconium bei der Bewilligungsbehörde dem Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung beantragt werden.
