Planning of seawater heat pump - Lot 1 Technical Planning of Technical Equipment Plant Groups 1-3 and 7-8 and Object Planning of Civil Engineering Structures

The scope of services requested here includes all planning, technical planning, and other services for Lot 1: For the service descriptions of Technical Equipment and Civil Engineering Structures, the contractor shall submit a bid for service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI. The services for the Technical Equipment and Civil Engineering Structures service descriptions are to be provided in particular for: - Heat pump module(s) - Hydraulic connection to the district heating system and water supply/wastewater and rainwater disposal. Further details, particularly on the project content, the basic and special services concerned within the meaning of HOAI, as well as the SiGeKo services to be provided, are listed in the contract components, particularly in the task and service description. The commissioning will be carried out in stages. Upon award, service phases 1 to 4 will initially be commissioned. The contracting authority is entitled and reserves the right to call off further stages at a later date, either in full or only for specific sub-systems of the project, or only partial services from them from the contractor. Additional information: The contracting authority has applied for funding within the framework of the Federal Funding for Efficient Heating Networks (BEW) Module 2 and Module 4 from the responsible Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) for the project implementation.
