Zu erbringen sind Leistungen der Objektplanung nach HOAI 2021 im Leistungsbild Gebäude und Freianlagen, Fachplanungs- und Beratungsleistungen nach Anlage 1 HOAI 2021 Nr. 1.2 Bauphysik und Leistungen für den bauordnungsrechtlichen Brandschutz nach AHO Heft Nr. 17 sowie zugehörige Besondere Leistungen; Grundleistungen im Leistungsbild Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI 2021 mit den Leistungen gemäß Anlage 10: Leistungsphasen 1 - 3, Leistungsphasen 4 - 9 (jeweils optional); zugehörige Besondere Leistungen: LPH 2: Leitszenografie; LPH 9 (optional): Überwachen der Mängelbeseitigung. Grundleistungen im Leistungsbild Freianlagen gemäß § 39 HOAI 2021 mit den Leistungen gemäß Anlage 11: Leistungsphasen 1 - 3, Leistungsphasen 4 - 9 (jeweils optional); zugehörige Besondere Leistungen: LPH 9 (optional): Überwachen der Mängelbeseitigung. Grundleistungen im Leistungsbild Bauphysik als weitere Fachplanungs- und Beratungsleistungen gemäß Anlage 1 Nr. 1.2.1 HOAI, Anwendungsbereich Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung: Leistungsphasen 1 - 3, Leistungsphasen 4 - 7 (jeweils optional). Grundleistungen im Leistungsbild Bauphysik als weitere Fachplanungs- und Beratungsleistungen gemäß Anlage 1 Nr. 1.2.1 HOAI, Anwendungsbereich Bauakustik (Schallschutz): Leistungsphasen 1 - 3, Leistungsphasen 4 - 7 (jeweils optional).
