Die Gemeinde Rosche beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Kindergartens in 29571 Rosche, Ringstraße 2 (Flurstück 6/64, der Flur 7, Gemarkung Rosche) mit zwei Kindergartengruppen a 25 Kinder zzgl. einer 10er Kindergartengruppe. Es ist vorgesehen, einen Neubau eines Kindergartens in massiver Bauweise ebenerdig auf dem o.g. Grundstück zu errichten. Der Neubau ist mit den für eine Betriebserlaubnis erforderlichen Räumlichkeiten einer Kindertagesstätte mit den o.g. Gruppen nach dem Niedersächsischem Gesetz über Kindertagesstätten und Kindertagespflege (NKiTaG) und der darauf beruhenden Verordnung zur Durchführung des Niedersächsischen Gesetzes über Kindertagesstätten und Kindertagespflege (DVO-NKiTaG) nach dem aktuell gültigen Stand zu errichten. Dementsprechend vorzusehen sind zwei Gruppenräume je mindestens 50 m² Bodenfläche sowie ein Gruppenraum mit mindestens 25 m², ergänzt durch die erforderlichen Garderobenbereiche sowie die vorgeschriebenen Sanitäranlagen für Kinder.
