Gegenstand des Auftrages sind Planungsleistungen für die Sanierung bzw. den Neubau des Ablaufkanals PWK HER-Röhlinghausen (DN 1500) für das Leistungsbild Ingenieurbauwerke § 43 ff. HOAI 2021 (Leistungsphase 1 9). Der Kanal ist Bestandteil des Entwässerungssystems, das das Abwasser aus dem Einzugsgebiet im Bereich HER-Röhlinghausen in den Hüller Bach ableitet. Im Rahmen einer fachtechnischen Voruntersuchung wurden am bestehenden Kanal strukturelle Schäden festgestellt, u.a. wiederkehrende Wurzeleinwüchse, Rissbildungen sowie Schädigungen der Betonoberflächen.
