Der Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte beabsichtigt als Schulträger des Fritz-Greve-Gymnasiums Malchin die Errichtung einer neuen Mensa zur Sicherstellung der Mittagsverpflegung für ca. 200 Schülerinnen und Schüler. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind die dafür benötigten Planungsleistungen: Grundleistungen der Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß § 53 i. V. m. Anlage 15 HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1 Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen, 2 Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, 3 Lufttechnische Anlagen, 4 Starkstromanlagen, 5 Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen, 7 Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen und 8 Gebäudeautomation Ziel des Projektes ist die Errichtung einer modernen, funktionalen und wirtschaftlichen Mensa, einer multifunktional nutzbaren Versammlungsstätte im Sinne einer Aula bzw. eines Mehrzweckraums sowie eine nachhaltige, barrierefreie und zukunftsfähige Gebäudelösung. Die Mensa soll sowohl der täglichen Mittagsversorgung als auch der Nutzung für schulische und gegebenenfalls öffentliche Veranstaltungen dienen und für eine flexible Nachnutzung geeignet sein.
