Der vorhandene 10 kV Netzanschluss eines BSR-Werks an der zu beplanenden 10 kV Übergabestation soll umverlegt werden, um ein eigenes 10 kV Netz am Standort für alle BSR-Gebäude zu realisieren und die vorhandenen einzelnen 0,4 kV Netzanschlüsse auf längere Sicht zurückzubauen. Wesentliche Punkte zur Darstellung des Gesamtvorhabens sind die Folgenden: elektrotechnischen Fachplanung umfasst: - Vollumfängliche Planung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen für eine 10 kV Übergabestation - Erstellung der notwendigen Netz-, Last- und Kurzschlusspläne, Bestand wie geplant, für die Mittelspannung unter Berücksichtigung von zukünftigen Bauprojekten o Hierfür sind mind. 2 x 10 kV Ringe vorzusehen o 10 kV Bestandsring o 10 kV Hauptring, der ‚neuen‘ Verbraucher, sowie der künftigen Bioenergieanlage o Schnittstelle ist hierbei der 0,4 kV Leistungsschalter nach Transformator der Bestandsanlage - Leitungsdimensionierung und Leerrohrbelegung der 10 kV für den geplanten Ausbau - Planung der Umverlegung der vorhandenen 10 kV Kabelverbindung zur beplanenden Übergabestation - Berücksichtigung und Koordinierung der Anbindung an das Bestandstrassensystem und dem Einhalten von Biegeradien über den Tiefbau - Berücksichtigung von Erdung ggf. Blitzschutz und Koordinierung mit dem Gewerk Hochbau Architektur (Hochbau) Fachplanung umfasst: - Planung der Errichtung einer 10 kV-Übergabestation, sowie ggf. einholen statischer Gutachten - Einholen der ggf. notwendigen Baugenehmigung für eine 10 kV Übergabestation - Planung des Doppelbodens für die elektrotechnischen Anlagen in der ÜGS - Planung der Durchbrüche in der ÜGS für die Anbindung eines Leerrohrsystems Fachplanung für Tiefbau & Ingenieursbauwerk umfasst: - Auslegung von Kabelschächten sowie dem Leerrohrsystem, zur Anbindung der Übergabestation, an dem VNB und BSR Bestandsleerrohrsystem, sofern notwendig auch der Anbindung vom VNB - Planen der Anbindung dieses Leerrohrsystems an das vorhandene Leerohrsystem vom VNB, sowie des BSR Bestandssystems - Überprüfung und Planung dieser Anbindungen bzgl.
