Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beauftragung von Planungsleistungen für die Sanierung der Flachdächer Gebäude A. Der Landkreis Bodenseekreis geht nach derzeitiger Planung von vorläufigen Gesamtkosten in Höhe von insgesamt rund EUR 1.542 Mio. € brutto aus. Die aktuelle Kostenschätzung hinsichtlich der anrechenbaren Kosten beruht auf folgenden Annahmen: KG 300 ca. 912 TSD. € netto, KG 400 ca. 112 TSD. €. Folgender Leistungsumfang soll beauftragt werden: Grundleistungen Planung von Gebäude und Innenräume nach § 34 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10.1 (Objektplanung Gebäude), Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3, sowie 5 bis 9 gemäß dem Leistungsbild nach Simmendinger Tabelle (siehe Anlage 3). Es ist eine stufenweise und abschnittsweise Beauftragung beabsichtigt, ein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung besteht grundsätzlich nicht. Hierbei sind folgende Leistungsstufen in Form von Leistungsphasen und Bauabschnitten vorgesehen: - LP 1 bis 3 Beginn Januar 2027, Ende Mitte März 2027 inkl. Kostenberechnung nach DIN 276 unter anderem als Honorargrundlage - LP 5 bis 8 Beginn Mitte/Ende März 2027, Ende Mitte Dezember 2027
