Die Reinvestitionsmaßnahmen beziehen sich auf folgende Anlagenteile: Vorklärung, Primärschlammpumpwerk, Belebung, Gebläsestation, Nachklärung, Rücklaufschlammpump-werk, Überschussschlammpumpwerk, Faulbehälteranlage, Mess-, Steuer-, Regelanlage, Fernüberwachungstechnische Einrichtung, Notstromversorgung, Heizung, Zulaufbauwerk und Zulaufpumpwerk, Chemische Abwasserbehandlungsanlage, Ablaufbauwerk, Gasbehälteranlage incl. Gasfackel, Schlammsilo/ -speicherung, Fahrsilo/Schlammbunkeranlage, Betriebsgebäude, Außenanlagen, Druckrohrleitungsnetz-Brauchwasser, Druckrohrleitungsnetz allg., Kanalnetz allg., Rechenanlage, Klassieranlage, Sand- und Fett-fang, NSHV. Zur Identifizierung der erforderlichen Leistungen sowie zur Erstellung einer Kostenschätzung und groben Terminplanung hat der Lippeverband eine Bedarfsermittlung erstellen lassen. Es sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: - Ingenieurbauwerke - HOAI § 43 bzw. Anlage 12, Lph 1 - 9; Grundleistungen inkl. ergänzender besonderer Leistungen (insb. örtliche Bauüberwachung). - Tragwerksplanung - HOAI § 51 bzw. Anlage 14, Lph 1 – 6, Grundleistungen inkl. ergänzender besonderer Leistungen - Technische Ausrüstung - HOAI § 55 bzw. Anlage 15 –Lph 1 - 9 – Maschinentechnik und Elektrotechnik; Grundleistungen inkl. ergänzender besonderer Leistungen. Die Lph 5-9 bzw. 5-6 sind optional.
