Original language: GermanGegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Objektplanung. Die Planung der Leistungsphasen 1-3 liegt bereits vor und soll den weiteren Leistungsphasen zugrunde gelegt werden. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Vergabe. Vergeben wird zunächst Leistungsphase 4 (Genehmigungsplanung). Optional werden vergeben: Leistungsphasen 5 (Ausführungsplanung), 6 (Vorbereitung der Vergabe), 7 (Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe), 8 Objektüberwachung – Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation), 9 (Objektbetreuung). Es besteht kein Anspruch auf die Vergabe weiterer Leistungen ab Leistungsphase 5. Im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung darf eine Pauschale für die Einarbeitung in die bereits vorliegende Planung mit angeboten werden, die bei der Bepunktung des Honorarangebotes (siehe Anlage1_BismarckSch_Eignungs-Zuschlagskriterien) nicht miteinbezogen wird. Die Pauschale darf eine Höhe von max. 3.000,00 € (Netto) nicht überschreiten. Sofern ein Bieter, der nach dem Teilnahmewettbewerb zur Abgabe eines Honorarangebotes aufgefordert ist, der Meinung ist, dass diese Begrenzung der Pauschale nicht ausreichend ist, möge er dies spätestens mit Abgabe des indikativen Angebotes begründen.
