Die Hubertusstraße befindet sich im Westen von Mettmann und ist die Verlängerung des Düsselrings zur Düsseldorfer Straße. An der stark frequentierten Kreuzung Düsseldorfer Straße / Berliner Straße / Hubertusstraße treffen mehrere Hauptverkehrsachsen aufeinander. Im Rahmen der erforderlichen Grunderneuerung des Düsselrings soll dieser neu gestaltet und zeitgemäß ausgebaut werden. Die trifft auch auf die Hubertusstraße als Verlängerung des Düsselrings zu. Die Maßnahme beinhaltet auch diverse Neuverlegungen der Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen. Insbesondere soll eine Kanalbaumaßnahme aus dem Abwasserbeseitigungskonzept mit realisiert werden. Zu den Leistungen zählen insbesondere: 1. Kanalbau (HOAI 2023, § 41 Ingenieurbauwerke LPH 2-8) - Erneuerung von ca. 340 m Mischwasserkanal (DN 600) in neuer Trasse, - Neubau von ca. 100 m Retentionsraum in Grünfläche, - Anschluss an bestehende Haltungen und Schächte, Übernahme Hausanschlüsse, - Entflechtung Bestandsnetz, - Überprüfung der geeigneten Bauweise (offene/geschlossene) im Kreuzungsbereich. 2. Straßenbau (HOAI 2023, § 45 Verkehrsanlagen LPH 5-8) - Vollausbau nach RStO Bk 3,2 der Hubertusstraße auf einer Länge von rd. 240 m - Neubau eines überfahrbaren Minikreisels am Knoten Karpendeller Weg/Hubertusstraße (busgeeignet) - Neubau eines Parkplatzes mit ca. 21 Stellplätzen - Neubau beidseitiger Gehwege mit barrierefreien Übergängen (Bordabsenkungen, taktile Elemente) - Höhenanpassung sämtlicher Verkehrsflächen. 3. Blau-grüne Infrastruktur und Starkregenvorsorge (Pauschal) - Überprüfung der Implementierung von Elementen der blau-grünen Infrastruktur für die Verkehrsflächen, - Erstellung eines Konzepts zur schadlosen Ableitung der Verkehrsflächen bei Starkregenereignissen (SRI = 5 und SRI=7), beispielsweise durch eine Ableitung über die angrenzende Grünfläche in Richtung Laubach.
