Procurement of food raw materials for Baranya county institutions - Platánliget ISZI institution. The specified quantities are for information purposes only; the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change them due to unpredictable needs. Indicative procurement quantity: 45,620 PCS, 2,542 KG, 29,400 L, 840 BOXES of dairy products, divided according to the product types and quantities detailed in the Product Table. The total net value of the public procurement contract is HUF 23,873,700, of which the Contracting Authority undertakes to call off at least 70%. The Contracting Authority is entitled not to request delivery for a given week or occasion at the specified delivery locations. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue orders until the total framework amount is exhausted. The contract is valid for a fixed period of 12 months from the date of signing by both parties, with the contract terminating before the expiry of this period if the framework amount is exhausted. The products to be procured are listed in the Unpriced Product Table provided as an appendix to the tender documentation, and the Technical Specification contains further requirements. The packaging requirements for individual products in each lot are included in the Unpriced Product Table, which is an appendix to the tender documentation. The requirements regarding delivery frequency and location are included in the Technical Specification, which is part of the tender documentation. Where the Unpriced Product Table (product list) required a clear and understandable definition of the subject of the procurement by referring to a product of a specified make, origin, or type, the designation was made to clearly define the nature of the subject, and tenderers may offer products of equivalent make and type instead of the specified ones, in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) on the methods of proving eligibility and grounds for exclusion in public procurement procedures and defining technical specifications for public procurement. The tenderer must prove equivalence. It is therefore the tenderer's obligation to prove in the offer that the proposed product is equivalent to the product specified by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will provide factual reasons for any non-acceptance. The tenderer is obliged to supply only products that are ready for immediate use and are considered "fresh" and in perfect condition in the ordinary sense of the word. If a given product is considered to have a shelf life (storage life), it must have at least 50% of the time remaining from the date of manufacture until the expiry of the shelf life or best-before date indicated on the packaging (or product label) at the time of delivery.
