Non-prequalified companies must submit the completed form 'Declaration of Suitability' as provisional proof of suitability with their offer. If subcontractors are used, the declarations of suitability must also be submitted for them upon separate request. If subcontractors are prequalified, it is sufficient to provide the number under which they are listed in the register of the Association for the Prequalification of Construction Companies e.V. (Prequalification Register). If the offer is shortlisted, the declarations of suitability (including those of subcontractors) must be confirmed upon separate request by submitting the certificates from the competent authorities mentioned in the 'Declaration of Suitability'. Certificates not in German must be accompanied by a German translation.
