Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Playground Upgrade at Connolly Primary school The Work includes but is not limited to Landscape Playground Upgrade involving the redevelopment of existing two play areas to create engaging nature-based learning and recreation spaces. Works include new play equipment, rock scramble features, a concrete slide, balance trails, softfall mulch, native planting, irrigation, retaining walls, paving and associated landscaping works, while retaining and protecting existing trees and key site infrastructure.
