In the tender document, we predominantly refer to PMD. Diapers and incontinence materials, referred to in the tender document as: diaper bags. The assignment is a combined assignment, both geographically (clustering of municipalities) and product-wise (PMD collection bags and diaper bags). The geographical clustering ensures the largest possible volume of a highly standardized product. A large volume has a positive impact on the price. Furthermore, central contract management can be carried out through the joint approach. The combination makes the assignment interesting for multiple parties, and delivery distances are limited because orders can be delivered combined. This market is mainly served by large players. To make the assignment accessible to SMEs as well, it has been divided into lots. The assignment is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1: PMD bags (yellow) - Lot 2: Diaper bags - Lot 3: PBD bags (orange) For each lot, an agreement will be concluded with one contractor per municipality. The agreement will be concluded for a period of at least two years and a maximum of six years.
