Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Podniesienie jakości usług zdrowotnych oraz zwiększenie dostępu do usług medycznych (budowa budynków nr B4A, B4, budynków technicznych wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu) w Wojewódzkim Szpitalem Specjalistycznym im. bł. ks. J. Popiełuszki we Włocławku – Etap I faza II inwestycji“. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Wskazana w dokumentacji projektowej nazwa zadania dotyczy kompleksowej przebudowy obiektów Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego we Włocławku wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu. W toku prowadzonych inwestycji, pierwotne pozwolenie na budowę ulegało zmianie, aktualne stanowi załącznik do SWZ. Zamawiający przekazuje plik exel pod nazwą „376-IP-00-XX-SH-X-00001-SpisZawartościGlobal” zawierający szczegółowy wykaz dokumentacji projektowej wykonawczej z jej podziałem na fazę 1 i fazę 2 w ramach zamiennej dokumentacji budowlanej i wykonawczej przygotowanej przez biuro projektowe Industria Projekt Sp. z o.o.. Grupa 3 (Sprzęt medyczny ruchomy) i Grupa 4 (Sprzęt i wyposażenie niemedyczne) jest poza zakresem zamówienia. Zamawiający załącza dokumentację projektową wraz z przedmiarem robót, który ma charakter pomocniczy. Przedmiar w zakresie Technologii Medycznej i wyposażenia (wskazany w spisie działów przedmiarów robot), poza zakresem jest punkt 3 (Sprzęt medyczny ruchomy) i 4 (Sprzęt i wyposażenie niemedyczne). Cena oferty Wykonawcy powinna zostać skalkulowana w oparciu o dokumentację projektową. Zamawiający informuje, że w przypadku rezygnacji z wykonania części przedmiotu zamówienia minimalna wartość objętych przyszłą umową świadczeń zamawianych przez zamawiającego w okresie jej obowiązywania wynosi 70 % całkowitej wartości brutto określonej w treści oferty wykonawcy. Zamawiający poinformuje Wykonawcę o rezygnacji z wykonania części zamówienia nie później niż 30 dni przed planowanym terminem rozpoczęcia realizacji rzeczonych robót.
