Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výstavba nového turisticko-informačního centra, rekonstrukce stávající strojovny, kompresorovny a dvou těžních věží, jakožto součást revitalizace areálu bývalého černouhelného dolu Gabriela v Karviné. Důl je již od roku 2000 uzavřený a památkově chráněný. Objekt turisticko-informačního centra bude sloužit celému areálu a jeho součástí bude bistro poskytující služby pro návštěvníky areálu. Po ukončení výstavby POHO Parku Gabriela budou tyto stavby užívány pro občanskou vybavenost, kulturní, společenské a sportovní akce. Součástí revitalizace areálu bývalého dolu Gabriela budou také parkové úpravy včetně vybudování závlahového systému na vegetační střeše nového turisticko-informačního centra, vybudování parkoviště a úprava nové zpevněné plochy pro pěší mezi točnou a stávajícím objektem strojovny pro relaxaci a venkovní aktivity. Tento prostor bude vybaven potřebnými přípojkami pro elektřinu, vodu a odpadní systémy, což umožní pořádání velkých veřejných akcí. Blíže viz ZD.
