Property insurance

The subject of insurance are items owned by the insured, specified in the insurance contract and in this description of the subject of the contract, as well as in other annexes, including business interruption. The insurance also covers items owned by third parties if the insured uses them or has taken them over when providing services on the basis of a written contract (e.g., KOLO operations. KOLO is a non-profit organization established by OLO, a.s.). The insurance coverage also applies to costs after an insured event, namely: a) costs of clearing the insured site after an insured event, including decontamination, demolition of standing parts, removal of debris and other residues to the nearest landfill and their disposal or destruction, b) costs of dismantling or reassembling other undamaged insured items and of structural modifications made in connection with the re-procurement or repair of damaged, destroyed or lost items during an insured event, c) costs of preventing or shortening business interruption (additional costs) as a result of an insured event, costs of overtime work, during weekends and holidays, costs of experts, costs of replacement waste management.
