Předmětem veřejné zakázky (dále jen "VZ") je poskytnutí služby na zabezpečení plné funkčnosti, bezpečnosti, provozuschopnosti a provozní spolehlivosti vozidel T-815 PDZ-2A/2AM, včetně jejich skupin , podskupin a součástkových celkům, a maximální zkrácení doby zprovoznění předmětné techniky a materiálu dislokovaného na území ČR. Na základě zadávacího řízení, v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami a nabídkou vybraného dodavatele, bude uzavřena rámcová dohoda podle ustanovení § 131 ZZVZ s jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení, která vymezí podmínky na základě kterých budou zadávány následné jednotlivé dílčí veřejné zakázky na poskytnutí služby podle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele.
