Purchase of polyacrylamide - E.R.Ö.V. Zrt.

Framework agreement for the purchase of polyacrylamide and the performance of related services, as detailed in the technical description and tender documents. The task includes the delivery of polyacrylamide dosed for sewage sludge dewatering to specified sites and warehouses, as well as dosing and application technology services related to the use of the chemical, including necessary expert advice. Framework quantity: 33,000 kg. The Ordering Party commits to a call-off obligation for the framework quantity. The Ordering Party enters into the framework agreement for a fixed period of 24 months. The Ordering Party draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that delivery requirements and quantities will vary depending on current operational needs at individual sites. The quantities specified for individual products have been determined based on previous usage experience, as estimated, approximate quantities. Product parameters: Polyacrylamide product (solid: powder-microbead, or emulsion) in a form suitable for the given technology and technical parameters. The product must be delivered according to the operator's needs, and the winning Tenderer must ensure full handling (from order to delivery and invoicing, covering all processes affecting the customer) in Hungarian. Individual orders must be delivered within the performance deadlines specified in the contract. For the sites, the dry matter content of the dewatered/thickened sewage sludge required by the Ordering Party, as specified in the "Detailed price and technical offer" document, must be maintained. Chemical must be offered for every site, but a maximum of 1 chemical can be offered per site for sludge dewatering. For each wastewater treatment plant, a chemical in a physical state that can be used under operational conditions using the available technical facilities must be offered. Service: The winning Tenderer will perform control tests (e.g., sludge flocculation tests, etc.) at the usage sites - if necessary, upon notification by the Ordering Party (maximum twice per notification, except in emergency situations) - and will inform the Ordering Party in writing about the results and the dosing and/or application technology recommendations based on them. The winning Tenderer must ensure the delivery and unloading of the ordered products to the address specified by the customer. Unit prices must include the remuneration for all related services specified in the tender documents, and these unit prices apply equally to the optional quantity.
