Conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of polyacrylamide and auxiliary materials and the performance of related services, as detailed in the technical description and tender documents. The task includes the delivery of polyacrylamide dosed for sludge dewatering and sludge thickening to the specified sites and warehouses, as well as the provision of dosing and application technology services related to the use of the chemical, including the necessary expert advice. Framework quantity: 93,000 kg of polyacrylamide. 1800 kg of anti-foaming agent. The Client undertakes to call off the framework quantity. The Client concludes the framework agreement for a fixed period of 24 months. The Client draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that delivery requirements and quantities will vary depending on the current operational needs at individual sites. The quantities specified for individual products have been determined based on previous usage experience, i.e., empirical, estimated quantities. Product parameters: Polyacrylamide product (solid: powder-microbead, or emulsion) in a design that matches the given technology and technical parameters, as well as an anti-foaming agent product. The product must be delivered according to the operator's needs, and the winning tenderer must ensure complete handling (from order to delivery and invoicing, covering the entire process for all clients). Individual orders must be delivered within the delivery deadlines specified in the contract. For the sites, the expected dry matter content of dewatered/thickened sewage sludge specified by the Client in the "Detailed Price Offer and Professional Proposal" document must be maintained. Chemicals must be offered for every site, but at most 1 chemical for sludge dewatering and/or 1 chemical for sludge thickening can be offered per site. For every sewage treatment plant, a chemical in a physical state must be offered that can be used under operational conditions using the available technical facilities. The winning tenderer shall, at each usage site - if necessary, upon notification by the client (maximum twice per notification, except in emergency situations) - conduct a test run (e.g., sludge flocculation test, etc.) and inform the client in writing about the results and the dosing and/or application technology recommendations made based on them. The winning tenderer must ensure the delivery and unloading of the ordered products to the address specified by the client. Unit prices must include the consideration for all related services specified in the tender documents, and these unit prices shall apply equally to the optional quantity.
