Original language: noProsjektet gjelder utvikling av en kommunikasjonsverktøykasse for vann- og avløpssektoren som skal styrke beslutningsgrunnlaget og bidra til gjennomføring av nødvendige investeringer.
Målgruppen for prosjektet er kommunale vann- og avløpsvirksomheter, administrativ ledelse og lokalpolitikere, samt innbyggere og næringsliv. Leveransen skal bidra til å styrke kommunikasjonen mellom disse målgruppene og sikre bedre forståelse for nødvendige investeringer i vann- og avløpssektoren.
Leveransen skal omfatte følgende hovedelementer, (les prosjektbeskrivelsen, vedlegg 1, nøye):
1. Kartlegging
- Analyse av dagens kommunikasjonspraksis i et utvalg kommuner
- Identifisering av barrierer og suksessfaktorer
2. Utvikling av verktøykasse
- Budskap og historiefortelling tilpasset ulike målgrupper
- Maler og presentasjonsverktøy
- Argumentasjonsgrunnlag og nøkkeltall
- Modeller for tverrsektorielt samarbeid
- Kommunikasjonsstrategier knyttet til gebyrøkninger
3. Pilotering og testing
- Utprøving i kommuner
- Justering av verktøy basert på erfaringer
4. Implementering
- Kurs og workshops
- Veiledningsmateriell og digitale ressurser
Prosjektet skal resultere i:
- En Norsk Vann-rapport (verktøykasse)
