Description

Um die nächste POLYTON-Veranstaltung im April 2027 professionell und effizient umzuset-zen, wird ein umfassender Auftrag für die Organisation und Durchführung ausgeschrieben. Die Vergabe erfolgt im Rahmen einer EU-weiten Ausschreibung, um höchste Transparenz, Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Qualität sicherzustellen. Der Auftrag umfasst die vollständige Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung der Veranstaltung sowie die damit verbundenen unter-jährigen Akademie-Veranstaltungen und die begleitenden Leistungen ab Zuschlag bis Mai 2027 einschließlich technischer, organisatorischer und künstlerischer Leistungen. Ziel ist es, eine hochwertige und reibungslose Durchführung zu gewährleisten, die dem anspruchsvollen Konzept und der gesellschaftlichen Relevanz von POLYTON gerecht wird. Darüber hinaus strebt der Auftraggeber mit POLYTON die langfristige Entwicklung zu einem musikpolitischen Kraftwerk und offenem Forum für pop- und gesellschaftsrelevante Themen an. Eine Grundlage hierfür wurde in Form von Kooperationsprojekten geschaffen mit Think Tanks, die sich auf Themen wie Mental Health, Anti-Diskriminierung, Dekarbonisierung der Musikindustrie und Zugänge zu Tech-Berufen im Pop konzentrieren. Mit dem Round Table POLYTISCH wurde zusätzlich ein eigenes Format der Akademie kreiert, das den Austausch von Musikschaffenden mit Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Politik fördert.
