Popravilo kavitacijskih poškodb. Na opremi turbin (lopate gonilnikov, glave gonilnikov, kape gonilnikov, predvodilne lopatice, vodilne lopatice, lopatice razbremenilnikov, jeklene obloge sesalnih cevi, vratu turbine in razbremenilniki) vseh agregatov na DEM prihaja med obratovanjem do kavitacijskih poškodb, ki jih je treba sanirati. Sanacije se izvajajo v času revizijskih obdobij. Poškodbe se sanirajo z varjenjem (reparaturno varjenje, navarjanje), brušenjem in poliranjem. Sanacije poškodb se izvajajo v zaprtih in izpraznjenih pretočnih traktih turbin do višine približno 4 m od delovnih površin. Vključeno je tudi popravilo ostalih poškodb na vodooblivnih delih turbin. Ostala varilska dela. Na hidroelektrarnah imamo veliko jeklenih konstrukcij in opreme (vtočne rešetke, pomožne zapornice, žerjavi, čistilni stroji, razne druge jeklene konstrukcije in oprema), kjer se tudi pojavljajo poškodbe, razpoke, obraba, izvajajo manjše predelave in podobno. Popravila izvajamo z varjenjem. Sanacije poškodb se izvajajo v zaprtih prostorih, na prostem, ob ali nad vodo ter na raznih višinah (žerjavi). S predmetnim razpisom razpisujemo dela za popravilo kavitacijskih poškodb in ostalih varilskih delih na vseh objektih DEM za časovno obdobje 1. 1. 2027 do 31. 12. 2028. Na podlagi izvedenega razpisa bomo sklenili okvirne sporazume za obdobje 2 let, z odpiranjem konkurence po dejanskih potrebah.
