Description
Portage College seeks best value, long-term, and performance-driven janitorial service providers to deliver comprehensive cleaning and sanitation services for its two (2) Cold Lake campuses. The janitorial contract encompasses instructional spaces, administrative offices, washrooms, and all associated support areas.
Additional Requirements:
The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and consumables required to deliver complete janitorial services at the Cold Lake campuses. This includes, but is not limited to, classrooms, laboratories, offices, washrooms, corridors, common areas, and support spaces.
