Original language: daDisse udbudsbetingelser gælder for ordregivers udbud af Porteføljeforvaltning af nominelle danske obligationer. Opgaven består i porteføljeforvaltning af nominelle danske obligationer til en værdi af omkring 1,5 mia. DKK som et diskretionært mandat, jf. nærmere pkt. 2.1 nedenfor og Bilag D.1 - Tilbudsskabelon. Udbuddet gennemføres som et offentligt udbud efter udbudslovens afsnit II. Udbuddet omfatter udelukkende en tilbudsfase. Udbudsbetingelserne beskriver processen for udbuddet og fastsætter retningslinjerne for afgivelse af tilbud, kommunikation mellem tilbudsgiver og ordregiver samt oplysninger om udbudsprocessen i øvrigt.
